Title Services Lafayette Settlement Services, Inc. works with an extensive network of companies to have a search completed at the various county and municipal courts to identify any publicly filed documents that are associated with the title to your property.  The search is then reviewed by one of our in house title examiners to identify any existing title conditions or claims.  Upon completion of the examination, the preliminary  title commitment is prepared for your review.  LSS is currently providing title services in New York, Pennsylvania,  Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, Delaware and Washington DC.    Settlement Services Lafayette Settlement Services, Inc. will work closely with you and your lender to ensure that your settlement is completed as efficiently  as possible.  At the settlement, one of the experienced notaries from our extensive network will review all of the documents with you to ensure you understand what you are signing. Upon the closing of the transaction, we will safeguard your funds in one of our Trust Account’s, and use those funds to pay off any liens in accordance to the terms of your real estate and/or loan conditions.  And at the conclusion of the transaction, your title will be cleared of any potential defects or claims.  LSS currently provides settlement services in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, Delaware and Washington DC.
